Lanzko Claims Consulting was founded by Marc Lanzkowsky, a claims executive with over two decades of experience in the trenches of insurance and risk management. After leading claims organizations, managing complex litigation, and designing technology-enabled process improvements for carriers, TPAs, and self-insured programs, Lanzkowsky identified a recurring problem: organizations struggled due to broken underlying processes, not a lack of technology. He founded Lanzko to apply a practical, build-oriented, hands-on approach, combining deep operating experience with strategic use of automation and AI to achieve measurable and sustainable improvements for clients.
