Lanzko Claims Consulting, LLC – Legal Information

Privacy Policy

Effective May 9, 2025 – applies to Lanzko.com and our official LinkedIn Page

1. Who we are

Lanzko Claims Consulting, LLC ("Lanzko," "we," "our," "us") helps insurers modernize claims operations. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through:

  • Our website: https://www.lanzko.com
  • Our LinkedIn presence: the Lanzko Claims Consulting LinkedIn Page and any LinkedIn Lead‑Gen or Message Ads we run.

2. What information we collect

  • Contact & professional details: Name, work email, company, job title. Collected via web forms (contact, newsletter, downloads) and LinkedIn Lead‑Gen forms.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, referring pages, time spent, clicks. Collected via cookies, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Page analytics.
  • Marketing preferences: Newsletter opt‑in, event RSVPs. Collected via check‑boxes and form fields.
  • Device data: Operating system, screen size, cookie ID. Collected via cookies and log files.

LinkedIn supplies us only aggregated Page‑level statistics (e.g., total visits, job‑title mix). We do not see your full LinkedIn profile unless you choose to engage, message us, or fill out a LinkedIn form.

3. Why we use your information

  • Answer enquiries or schedule exploratory calls
  • Send requested downloads (e.g., AI white paper) and related content
  • Improve our site and marketing based on aggregated analytics
  • Email updates or event invites you opt‑into (unsubscribe anytime)
  • Comply with law or defend legal claims

Legal grounds (GDPR/UK GDPR): consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.

4. Cookies & similar tech

We use first‑party cookies for website functionality and Google Analytics; third‑party cookies may be set by LinkedIn when you click our ads or share content. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but analytics accuracy may be reduced.

5. Sharing & service providers

We share data only with vendors who help us run the business and have agreed to keep it secure, such as:

  • Web hosting & infrastructure (e.g., AWS or equivalent)
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics, LinkedIn)

We do not sell personal information.

6. Your rights

California (CCPA): You may ask what we collect, request deletion, and opt‑out of any “sale” of personal information (we do not sell data).

EEA / UK (GDPR): You may access, correct, erase, restrict, or export your data, and object to certain processing.

Elsewhere: You may have similar rights where local law grants them.

To exercise any right, email privacy@lanzko.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law.

7. Data retention & security

We keep contact records while you remain a prospect or client and for up to 24 months of inactivity, unless longer retention is required by law or to defend claims. Data is stored on secure servers with access limited to need‑to‑know personnel, protected by encryption in transit and at rest.

8. Children

Our services are targeted at professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

9. Third‑party links

Our site and white papers may link to external resources (e.g., industry reports, LinkedIn posts). We do not control their privacy practices—review theirs before sharing data.

10. Changes

We may update this notice as our business or laws change. Material changes will be posted on this page; prior users will be notified by email or LinkedIn post where feasible.
